We've successfully transitioned from legal careers to other professions. Very few lawyers can do this successfully without a coach. It's not that lawyers are not capable, but the challenges of this specific transition usually require an outside and objective set of eyes and ears.
"When I made my transition from attorney to HR executive, I was fortunate to have multiple coaches help me along the way. My career coach helped my understand my core values, and she showed me how to incorporate them into my search. She also helped me understand my strengths. That was a real challenges. As a lawyer, my mind set was geared towards what I did well in my practice. It was a struggle to identify and articulate strengths that applied to professions and jobs outside the law," Chris Osborn, Life After Law - US Founder.
Coaching is critical to the system and method we use, and we are delighted to offer six (6) one-on-one sessions to each client. Clients can set up face-to-face sessions or meet virtually. It's up to the client. We also offer flexible hours for coaching, so clients do not have to take time from their busy work schedules to get the help they need.
